What is included in a standard yacht charter?
All our charters include professional crew, safety equipment, fuel, and basic refreshments. Specific inclusions vary by service type — sunset cruises include premium drinks and appetizers, while corporate charters include conference facilities and business catering options.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks in advance, particularly during peak season (May–September). For corporate events and personal celebrations, reserving 4–6 weeks beforehand ensures better availability and allows for custom preparations.
What happens if weather conditions are poor?
Safety is our utmost concern. If the captain deems weather conditions to be unsafe, we will propose to reschedule your booking for the next available opportunity or issue a full refund. Weather conditions are monitored continuously, and we will inform you 24 hours prior if the forecast seems unfavorable.
Can I bring my own food and beverages?
Yes, guests are permitted to bring their own food and beverages. We also offer exceptional catering services with customized menus according to your taste. Please be aware that for safety reasons, glass containers are prohibited on board.
Are your yachts accessible for guests with mobility limitations?
We make every effort to accommodate all guests. Some of our yachts are equipped with better access features than others. We encourage you to get in touch with our team when making a reservation to discuss specific requirements, so we can suggest the most appropriate yacht and arrange the necessary facilitations.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 72 hours or more before departure are eligible for a complete refund. Cancellations made between 24–72 hours are subject to a 50% refund. Cancellations within 24 hours will not be refunded unless caused by weather complications or mechanical issues on our part.
