WillowFrameBox offers an array of yacht charter services, including but not restricted to:

• Yacht rentals for the day
• Evening boat trips
• Business gatherings
• Exclusive events
• Extended yacht charters

Availability of all services is contingent upon scheduling and climate conditions. We maintain the right to adjust or cease services as required.

3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Booking Process

When you wish to reserve a charter, you must:

• Be 18 years of age or older
• Supply precise and complete details
• Remit a deposit as indicated in your reservation confirmation
• Comply with these Terms & Conditions

3.2 Confirmation

A booking confirmation is legitimate only after receipt of payment and issuance of our written acknowledgment. We retain the right to deny service at our sole discretion.

3.3 Availability

Charter services are offered subject to ship availability and appropriate weather circumstances. We'll endeavor to accommodate your requested dates and timings as much as possible.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

All stated prices are in € and inclusive of relevant taxes, unless specified otherwise. Prices are susceptible to alterations without prior notification.

4.2 Payment Schedule

• Initial Deposit: 50% of the total charter cost demanded at the time of booking
• Final Payment: Due 48 hours prior to the charter's departure
• Incidental Expenses (if incurred): Payable at the charter's conclusion

4.3 Payment Methods

We accept various payment methods including major credit cards, bank wire transfers, and certified bank drafts. All payments are processed through secure, encrypted platforms.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Customer Cancellations

• With more than 72 hours before departure: Complete refund, less transaction fees
• Between 24 and 72 hours before departure: Refund of 50%
• Within less than 24 hours before departure: Non-refundable

5.2 Weather Cancellations

Should unsafe weather conditions be determined by our captain, options offered will include:

• Rescheduling of your booking to an alternative date at no extra charge
• Issuance of a full refund in case rescheduling is not feasible

5.3 Mechanical Issues

In case of technical complications with your designated yacht, efforts will be made to offer a comparable alternative. Absent a suitable replacement, a full repayment will be issued.

6. Safety and Conduct

6.1 Safety Requirements

All passengers are required to:

• Heed all directives given by the crew
• Utilize provided safety gear as necessary
• Disclose any health conditions that could influence their security
• Remain within the designated areas on board the vessel

6.2 Prohibited Items

The items not allowed on board include:

• Glass receptacles
• Unlawful materials
• Weapons or firearms
• Excess refreshments (beyond reasonable amounts)
• Pets (unless pre-authorized)

6.3 Conduct

Travelers must behave respectfully. We hold the authority to discontinue a charter prematurely with no refund if the conduct of a passenger presents a hazard or ruins the enjoyment of others.

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 Our Liability

We limit our accountability to the sum paid for your charter. We bear no responsibility for:

• Bodily harm due to passenger carelessness
• Theft or destruction of personal belongings
• Indirect or exemplary damages
• Postponements precipitated by climate or events outside our purview

7.2 Insurance Coverage

Our operations and vessels are protected under extensive maritime insurance. It's the responsibility of passengers to ensure they have personal and travel insurance coverage.

7.3 Assumption of Risk

Partaking in our charter services signifies acknowledgment of the intrinsic risks associated with maritime activities, accepting personal accountability for your safety and well-being.

8. Modifications and Itinerary Changes

We hold the entitlement to amend itineraries, paths, or schedules due to weather concerns, security needs, or operational mandates. Comparable alternative experiences will be pursued wherever feasible.

9. Force Majeure

We are exempt from accountability for holdups, cancellations, or changes brought about by elements out of our control, which include, but are not restricted to:

• Harsh weather conditions
• Natural calamities
• Government enactments
• Seaport shutdowns
• Technical failures

10. Privacy and Data Protection

How we handle your private data is in line with our Privacy Policy. Your participation in our services constitutes agreement to our collection and use of your details as specified within our Privacy Policy.

11. Intellectual Property

All elements featured on our website ranging from text, imagery, logos, to visuals are secured by intellectual property laws. Reproduction, distribution, or creation of derivative works require our express written consent.
